Is it permissible to deal directly with clients whom one met through an office that provided them with work, in other future endeavors (in the same field but not the same work that the office provided), and is the money earned from that permissible, knowing that the office only provides the service of introducing clients and takes a percentage of the original work?

There is no harm in undertaking other projects with clients without the knowledge of the office owner or giving him a fee for them, because his right is limited to the projects he facilitated. If he has taken his fee for them, he has received his due.
