Is it permissible for women to pray in congregation if there are no men present with them, or must each of them pray individually?

Congregational prayer is permissible for women, and their Imam stands in the middle of the row. This has been authentically reported from Aisha and Umm Salama, may Allah be pleased with them both. This position is more concealing for the female Imam.
