Is a bucket containing urine, water, and soap considered najas (impure), what is the ruling on reciting the adhkar (supplications) for sleep and ruqyah (exorcism) near it, and does its presence prevent angels from entering the room?

It is permissible to use vessels for urination when there is a need, following the action of the Prophet (peace be upon him). This is why he had a cup in which he would urinate at night, and he asked for a basin to urinate in before his passing. Water mixed with soap becomes impure upon contact with urine because its quantity is less than two qullas. Using a vessel for urination does not prevent angels from entering the room, as evidenced by the Prophet's action (peace be upon him). Reciting adhkar before sleeping is prescribed and there is no harm in it.
