Is it permissible to say "May Allah honor you" when mentioning an act of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, such as defecating or urinating?

Saying "akramakum Allah" (May Allah honor you) when mentioning impurities is permissible, even though the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not say it when mentioning faeces or urine, and it is not considered a disparagement. Ibn Uthaymeen mentioned that there is no harm in it because it is a custom that indicates the speaker's politeness, but refraining from it is better, following the example of the righteous predecessors.
