What is the ruling on money gained from selling a house that was bought with funds obtained from a bank lottery?

If the withdrawals are merely incentive prizes from the bank, involving no trickery to conceal usury, and the customer is not obliged to deposit specific amounts, then they are permissible (halal), and it is permissible to benefit from them, such as by purchasing a house. However, if the withdrawals are forbidden (haram), then one must dispose of them or their equivalent. If a house was purchased with them, it is permissible to benefit from it, but one must dispose of the equivalent of the forbidden money.
