How can a woman who became pregnant through adultery while a virgin, and then ruptured her hymen to abort the fetus, atone for her sins, especially after she denied and swore on the Quran to her father that there was nothing wrong with her, and is now living an unhappy life due to her husband's mistreatment and her feelings of loneliness and fear of her secret being exposed?

Adultery and abortion are grave sins, but Allah accepts sincere repentance that erases the effect of the sin. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin." Repentance involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, while concealing oneself. The questioner should strive to fulfill her duties towards her husband, communicate with him, re-evaluate herself, renew her repentance from all sins, be diligent in performing obligatory acts, avoid disobedience, and increase her remembrance of Allah and supplications.
