Is it permissible for a married man and father of three children, who works in one position and one place, to receive two symbolic grants from different sources without the knowledge of either party, taking into account his dire need for them?

Government grants and subsidies are subject to conditions, and whoever meets them is permitted to receive them. In this case, the first grant is conditioned on the beneficiary not having an income or another grant. Therefore, it is not permissible to combine it with the university youth employment directorate's grant. One grant must be chosen, for the oversight of the granting authority does not permit taking what one is not entitled to. One should remember the Hadith: "Indeed, the Holy Spirit inspired in my heart that no soul will die until it completes its term and consumes its provision. So fear Allah and be graceful in seeking, and let not any of you be carried away by the slowness of provision to seek it by disobeying Allah, for indeed, what is with Allah cannot be attained except through His obedience."
