There is no harm in a woman communicating with men out of necessity, provided that she adheres to the Sharia guidelines and avoids private chat rooms due to the temptation they pose. It is permissible for a woman to admonish men or invite them to good, while adhering to the Sharia guidelines. It is preferable that she suffice with writing and possess Islamic knowledge. It is best for men to invite men, and for women to invite women.
