The answer

Unintentional vomiting does not invalidate the fast, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever is overcome by vomiting, there is no compensation upon him. But whoever induces vomiting, then he must compensate."

It is not permissible to break the fast except due to unbearable hardship or fear of harm, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: {Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity}. The day on which the fast was broken must be compensated.
