What is the ruling on purchasing online using a credit card that is charged one Dinar per transaction?

It is permissible to purchase goods via the internet, except for those that require physical possession (قبض), such as the two currencies (gold and silver). Therefore, it is not permissible to purchase gold and silver via the internet if their delivery is delayed, due to the absence of immediate possession. It is permissible to use a credit card that the customer charges with the desired amount, and it is permissible for the bank to take a commission for this service.
