Is it permissible to seek divorce from a husband who mistreats, curses, insults, does not provide for his family, takes money, and does not fear Allah, despite being a حافظ للقرآن (Hafiz of the Quran)?

If the husband curses, insults, is stingy with his money, takes his wife's money without her consent, and talks to other women, then he is an abuser. The wife should advise him and warn him of God. If he does not repent, then she has the right to seek divorce to دفعاً للضرر (remove harm). She must be careful not to link his actions to religiosity, and the thought of disbelief is a dangerous matter that she must resist.
