What is the religious ruling regarding a Muslim woman continuing to work in a place where she is exposed to harassment, verbal abuse, and physical harm? Is it permissible for her to leave her job despite her need for it, or should she endure the harm with patience?

Mixed and indecent work should be immediately abandoned, as it does not lead to a woman's safety in her religion and chastity. She should look for another job that does not bring calamity upon her. "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." And whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better. It is also advised to seek help from righteous women and consult them.
