Does breaking the fast of a relative who is able and capable of fasting fall under the hadith: "Whoever provides food for a fasting person..."?

The Prophetic Hadeeth: "Whoever provides food for a fasting person to break his fast, he will have a reward like theirs, without that decreasing in any way the reward of the fasting person," is general and includes any fasting person, whether rich or poor, relative or not. Providing food for a fasting relative to break their fast might carry a greater reward because it combines the reward of feeding a fasting person with maintaining kinship ties. However, if the non-relative is poor and in dire need, then providing food for them at that time would yield a greater reward, as it addresses their need. This is similar to giving charity to a needy relative, which is considered both charity and maintaining kinship ties. In conclusion, providing food for aasting relative to break their fast falls within the virtue of the aforementioned Hadeeth, and its reward may increase depending on the need of the one being fed and the benefits that result from it.
