The questioner is suffering from excessive waswasah (obsessive whispering) concerning vows. The cure for this is to completely disregard the waswasah, to stop preoccupation with it, to cut off continuity with it, and not to ask about it. One should also supplicate to Allah to cure them of it. Attempting to treat waswasah by delving into jurisprudential details is not a cure for it. Furthermore, a vow is not valid in the first place if it is made by someone suffering from waswasah under its influence, without full intention and choice on their part.
