Is it permissible to adopt the view of the Malikis that the ablution of a person with perpetual ritual impurity is not invalidated except by another invalidator, given the continuous nature of the secretions and the difficulty of performing ablution for every prayer? And is this considered following concessions? And is it true that Sheikh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen changed his fatwa in the last part of his life to say that it does not invalidate ablution?

It is permissible for you to adopt the view of the Maliki school regarding the issue of the person with incontinence, especially in cases of hardship and necessity. This does not fall under the blameworthy pursuit of concessions. This view is also the preferred one of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah.
