Is the mentioned Hadith about the presence of a handsome man at the head of the deceased, his entry with him into the grave, and his being the Quran, authentic?

There is no hadith with the wording mentioned, and much fabrication has occurred regarding the virtues of surahs. However, it is authentically established that good deeds come to the deceased in the grave in the form of a man with a beautiful face, and the intercession of the Qur'an for its people has also been established.
