Is it permissible to give a copy of the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an in English to a Christian with the aim of inviting him to Islam, and where can these books be obtained in Qatar?

It is permissible to give a Christian an English translation of the Quranic exegesis (Tafsir), provided it is not accompanied by the Arabic text of the Holy Quran. However, the more preferable approach is to invite the Christian, engage in dialogue with him, recite the Quran to him, and translate it for him, then give him a translated Quran to ponder over.
