What is the ruling on money borrowed through organized Tawarruq after realizing its impermissibility, especially after spending part of it and before repaying the installments?

We hope that one who undertakes a transaction, being ignorant of its prohibition, will not be sinful, and that he resolves not to return to it. As for organized Tawarruq, it is not permissible to undertake it, due to what was stated in the Islamic Fiqh Academy's resolution regarding its impermissibility.
