The answer

Everything is inscribed in the Preserved Tablet (Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz) from the creation of the Pen until the Day of Resurrection, just as the fetus's provision, lifespan, deeds, and whether it will be wretched or سعيدة (happy) are written. Provision is written and decreed with its causes, and among these causes are: working and striving to seek it, maintaining kinship ties, and fearing Allah (piety). One should not abandon striving for their provision under the pretext that it is already decreed, but rather they must take the necessary means, for wise striving benefits a person in their religion and worldly life. Likewise, marriage is written and decreed for each of the spouses.
