What is the ruling on the percentage of profits that a merchant takes after introducing another merchant who sells the same company's products?

For one to join these platforms, it is a condition that they be limited to trading in permissible (halal) goods; otherwise, illicit (haram) money would accrue to the member due to a percentage of sales from those who join after him. Therefore, participation is not permissible except after knowing all the goods offered or ensuring that the platform's policy prohibits the display of forbidden (haram) items. As for the platform taking a percentage of the profits and the aforementioned privilege, there is no harm in it if the platform pays it from its profits without violating the agreement.
