It is permissible for a woman to learn the Qur’an from a female teacher via reliable communication programs, and it is preferable to limit it to audio only.

It is not permissible for an official or a visitor to view unveiled women's pictures, nor is it permissible to photograph women in the first place, due to the temptation involved, and because the picture will be saved and there is no guarantee that others will not view it.
