It is not permissible for a mother to interfere in a way that harms her daughter's relationship with her husband, nor to supplicate against her unjustly. The daughter is not obligated to obey her mother in such harmful interference. However, it is not permissible to abandon her. The daughter should maintain ties with her mother, be dutiful to her, obey her in what is good, and use wisdom with her in matters where obedience is not permissible.
