The deceased's clothes are a right for all heirs. It is not permissible for the guardian of a minor to donate the minor's share from them, and the minor's permission while young is not considered. To resolve this matter, the clothes should be sold and their price divided among the heirs. The share of the minor sons and daughters should be kept. As for the husband and mother, they may donate their share if they wish to do so.
