It is not permissible to simulate the actions of prayer excessively due to whispers (waswas), rather one must strive against these whispers and ignore them, because giving in to them leads to delaying the prayer and performing it outside its prescribed time, which is a grave sin. You must abandon this act and pray in any place whose impurity you do not know, for the default is the purity of places whose impurity is doubtful. Your continued simulation of prayer actions is not considered disbelief, but it is a grave error and a surrender to whispers. Intention of making up (qada’) is not required when performing a make-up prayer, but it is not permissible to intentionally delay a prayer beyond its time without a valid excuse. You must ignore these whispers to be cured of them.
