Is complaining about one's husband or female friend, by mentioning true occurrences without exaggeration, considered backbiting?

It is best to be patient and not complain. However, it is permissible to complain about injustice to someone who is able to remove it, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah does not like the public utterance of bad words, except by one who has been wronged." It is also permissible for the wronged person to supplicate against the oppressor.
