Should the niqab be removed in Iraq if wearing it would lead to the husband's assassination or arrest on charges of terrorism?

The hijab is an Islamic obligation that a Muslim woman is not permitted to remove, except in cases of extreme necessity, such as fearing for herself or her husband. "Necessity is assessed according to its extent." It is permissible for her to uncover her face and hands out of need or necessity, due to the scholarly difference of opinion regarding the obligation of covering the face and palms.
