If you pronounce an explicit divorce statement, being aware and having made a conscious choice, the divorce takes effect, whether you intended it as a threat or as an actual divorce. Repeating the word of divorce three times without intending three separate divorces results in a single divorce. If you had not divorced her more than once before, you may take her back before her (waiting period) expires.
