How is a woman to know she is pure if she experiences dryness for hours, then blood, or a brownish or yellowish discharge, or clear discharge appears?

"Dryness" means that when you insert a cotton swab into the area, it comes out clean, with no blood, yellowish discharge, or brownish discharge on it. This is a state of purity that necessitates performing ghusl (ritual bath). If, after experiencing dryness, you see blood during the time of your menstrual period, consider yourself to be menstruating and refrain from prayer and fasting. However, if you see yellowish or brownish discharge after experiencing dryness, do not pay attention to it, as it is not considered menstruation as long as it is not connected to blood.
