ما هي الألفاظ التي تُعد من ألفاظ القذف؟

Slander is of three types:

1. Explicit: This is the word that does not admit of interpretation, such as saying: "O adulterer" or "You committed adultery."

2. Implicit (Kinayah): This is the word that can mean slander or something else, such as saying: "O immoral woman," or "You corrupted his bed." It can be interpreted as something other than slander unless there is a specific indication to the contrary.

3. Allusive (Ta'ridh): This is what contains the meaning of slander by way of insinuation.

The non-explicit words of slander depend on customs and contextual indicators and vary according to them. The slanderer is liable to punishment if there is a custom or contextual indicator that points to slander. If the custom changes, the punishment is nullified.
