ما حكم بقاء الزوجة المسلمة مع زوجها المسلم الكاذب الزاني السارق؟

The wife must advise the husband who commits sins and warn him of God’s punishment, seeking help from people of virtue for this. If he repents, then all is well. Otherwise, she should take her case to the Sharia judge to separate them. There is no good for her in remaining with someone whose characteristics are like this; because he might neglect her rights, and this might cause her health problems, and more dangerously, some of his bad morals might transfer to her, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “A person is upon the religion of his intimate friend, so let each of you look at whom he befriends.”
