Is the rupturing of the hymen due to masturbation considered zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) that necessitates the Hadd (prescribed punishment) in Islamic Law, and is it permissible to marry a chaste person after repeated masturbation?

Masturbation is forbidden and one must repent from it. It is not like fornication (zina), and it does not necessitate a prescribed punishment (hadd) or expiation (kaffarah). The loss of the hymen due to it is not considered fornication. If the hymen is lost in this way, it is not necessary to inform the husband about the sin from which you have repented. It is sufficient for him to know that this occurred due to something other than an immoral act, as the hymen can be lost due to various reasons other than fornication. Allah is the Concealer of faults and loves concealment, and one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin.
