Is any disease considered a cause for annulment of marriage, and is cancer among them?

Not every illness is grounds for annulment of marriage. The diseases that grant the wife the option of annulment are: insanity, leprosy, and vitiligo. For the option to be established, it is stipulated that the healthy spouse must not have been aware of the other's defect before the contract, or consented to it after becoming aware of it, or enjoyed the one with the defect while knowing of the defect. The option is not established for other diseases unless safety from them is stipulated. As for cancer, it is considered a frightening disease, and it is not permissible for the afflicted person to proceed with marriage, due to the possibility of the patient's death and the introduction of an heir.
