Is it permissible for a girl to marry a suitor who is the brother of her paternal uncle's wife, who breastfed her?

If a man's sister breastfeeds a girl in a way that is legally recognized, then it becomes forbidden for him to marry this girl, because she becomes like his sister's daughter, whom Allah has forbidden in the verse: (Forbidden to you are your mothers, and your daughters, and your sisters, and your paternal aunts, and your maternal aunts, and your brother's daughters, and your sister's daughters, and your foster-mothers who suckled you, and your foster-sisters from fosterage). And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What is forbidden by lineage is forbidden by fosterage."
