The answer

There is no harm in taking a Real Estate Fund loan if it is an interest-free, benevolent loan. If the loan is for purchasing an apartment, it is not permissible to collude with the seller to inflate the advertised price in order to obtain additional liquidity, as this involves lying and deception. The true price of the apartment must be stated, and the conditions of the loan must be adhered to, for Muslims are bound by their conditions. If the granting authority permits the purchase of furniture, there is no harm; otherwise, one is obliged to restrict the purchase to the apartment only at its real price.
