What is the ruling on the prayer of one who feels drops of urine descending after ablution?

The treatment for obsessive thoughts (waswas) about drops of urine exiting is to ignore them and not pay attention to them. If the exiting of drops is merely a doubt, then the default is purity, and you should not pay attention to the doubt, nor should you change your clothes, and your prayer is valid. However, if you are absolutely certain that drops have exited, then what is mentioned in the fatwas regarding those who suffer from urine leakage after urination should be applied.
