Your fast is valid, and you do not need to make it up. The presence of taste without any parts of the food reaching the throat is not among the things that invalidate the fast. Ibn Qudamah favored this view, arguing that mere taste does not invalidate the fast, unlike kohl, parts of which may reach the throat.
