Is it considered mockery of religion to recite the Qur’an while watching a foreign woman?

It is obligatory for the reciter of the Quran to act upon it, by deeming lawful what it has made lawful and deeming unlawful what it has made unlawful. Lowering the gaze from unlawful things is an emphasized command in the Quran, and violating this command is considered a sin. The doer is not considered to be mocking the religion unless his state indicates it with a clear sign.
