Is it obligatory for a woman to inform a suitor that she suffers from istihadah bleeding that continues with her for most of the month after her purification from menstruation?

A woman must inform a suitor if she suffers from istihada (vaginal bleeding outside of menstruation) that continues for most of the month, because it is a defect that causes aversion between spouses and affects the completeness of enjoyment, as mentioned by Ibn Uthaymeen and Ibn Taymiyyah. However, if istihada can be treated, then there is no need to inform him. The Permanent Committee has stated that it is obligatory to inform a suitor about non-transient health problems that affect the woman.
