Is perseverance in glorifying God before Fajr a Bidʻah (innovation in religion)?

The remembrance and glorification of Allah are required at all times and in all situations, except for what has been legally exempted, such as while relieving oneself, during intercourse, and during a sermon for those who can hear it. The time of sahar (the pre-dawn hour) is among the virtuous times that should be utilized for remembrance, glorification, and seeking forgiveness.
