Is abstaining from marriage to remain with and care for one's mother, for fear of falling short in her rights, considered forbidden?

Islam encourages marriage, and it is obligatory if one fears falling into indecency, and it is desirable if the soul yearns for it without fear of fornication. Loving one's wife is not disobedience to the mother; rather, the mother often rejoices in it. If you do not fear hardship by abstaining from marriage, there is no sin upon you, but it is better to combine marriage with filial piety if you are able to fulfill the rights of marriage.
