What is the ruling on the University Services Office taking fees from students and a sum of money from foreign universities in exchange for registering students to study there?

If you are acting as agents for students in the registration process, it is not permissible for you to take a commission from offices in exchange for contracting with them to follow up on student procedures, without the permission of your principals. This is because you have already received a fee from them for your efforts. However, if you inform the students that you contract with private offices and receive a commission for that, and they agree, then there is no harm upon you.
