Will the one from whom retribution is taken with his good deeds on the Day of Resurrection enter Paradise without punishment?

There is a category of people from whom good deeds are taken for the wronged, yet they still have good deeds outweighing their bad deeds, so they enter Paradise without punishment. These are the ones mentioned by Ibn al-Qayyim in "Tareeq al-Hijratayn" as the "eleventh class": those who mixed good deeds with bad ones, and their good deeds were predominant, so they are saved and succeed. This balancing occurs after retribution and the wronged have received their rights.
