What are the parts of a sheep that are disliked to eat?

All parts of an animal slaughtered lawfully (dhakāt sharʿīyyah) that is permissible to eat are themselves permissible, except for flowing blood. Some disliked eating the spleen, testicles, penis, vulva, anus, glands, gallbladder, and bladder. However, the more authoritative opinion (al-rājih) is the permissibility of all parts, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Two dead things and two types of blood have been made lawful for us. As for the two dead things, they are fish and locusts. As for the two types of blood, they are the liver and the spleen." The Hanafis disliked several things from a slaughtered animal, either considering them forbidden or detestable, apart from flowing blood, justifying this by the soul's aversion to them.
