Is it permissible for me to install the Saudi Channels One and Two, based on my mother's insistence?

Watching television is permissible depending on what it broadcasts. If it is free from displaying women's 'awrat (parts of the body that must be covered), promoting bad morals and false beliefs, and instead broadcasts beneficial and useful programs, then there is no objection to watching it. Installing channels is permissible if they are free from forbidden content; in fact, doing so would be an act of filial piety towards the mother. Otherwise, it is not permissible to install them unless it is certain that they will not be used for forbidden purposes.
