What is the ruling on fasting and praying for a woman who experienced menstrual bleeding for eleven days after undergoing uterine repair, knowing that her usual menstrual period is only six or seven days?

If the blood flow exceeds the usual duration of menstruation, it is considered menstruation as long as it does not exceed fifteen days. If it exceeds fifteen days, then it is considered abnormal bleeding (istihadah). A menstruating woman should refer to her previous habit. If the blood flow exceeds fifteen days, then menstruation is considered to be six or seven days (whichever is more common), and the rest is abnormal bleeding.
