Can a committed girl use the English language to invite people to Islam, while observing the Sharia rulings related to women?

A righteous woman can actively engage in da'wah (inviting to Islam) among women, and through writing and publishing to benefit both men and women, and by opening a website to spread good, among other means of da'wah.
