Is it permissible for the oppressed to supplicate against the oppressor with the formula: "Oh Allah, if this is truly the case, then make them such and such," in order to avoid supplicating for more than the extent of the injustice?

Forgiving the wrongdoer is better and more complete, but it is permissible for the oppressed to supplicate against their oppressor to the extent of their oppression, without exceeding it. If there is doubt about the oppression, it is permissible to supplicate with the wording: "O Allah, if this is true, then do such-and-such to the oppressor," provided that the supplication does not exceed the extent of the oppression. However, supplicating against the oppressor's children is not permissible, as it is an act of injustice and aggression, and a servant's supplication will not be answered if it involves sin or severing ties of kinship.
