Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to recite supplications that include Quranic verses in Arafat?

It is permissible for a menstruating woman (ha'idh) and a woman in postpartum bleeding (nifas) to recite supplications and Hajj rituals, as well as to recite the Qur’an by heart without touching the mushaf. This is because there is no explicit text preventing them from doing so, unlike the one who is in a state of major ritual impurity (junub). This is the correct view and the sounder of the two opinions of scholars.
