What is the ruling regarding a wife who refused to emigrate with her husband and left his home without his permission, and what should the husband do?

A woman must obey her husband in what is right. She is obligated to reside where her husband resides, and she is not permitted to refuse to travel with him except for a legitimate Shar'i reason. Her obedience to him takes precedence over her obedience to her parents. It is forbidden for her to go out without his permission, except for a legitimate Shar'i excuse. If she refuses to move with him, or goes out without his permission and without a legitimate Shar'i excuse, then she is disobedient (nashiz).
