Is it permissible for a wife to say to her husband, "May the curse of Allah be upon you," if she sees him watching music videos of naked women, after she has advised him and he has refused to respond?

The majority of scholars used the hadith: "Do not curse him, for by Allah, I only knew that he loves Allah and His Messenger" as evidence for the prohibition of cursing a specific disobedient person, and this is the more preponderant opinion. It was reported from Ahmad that it is disliked, while Ibn al-Jawzi, al-Bulqini, and Ahmad in one narration chose permissibility, citing as evidence the angels' cursing of a woman who refuses her husband's bed. Al-Ramli transmitted the permissibility of cursing a disbeliever and a fasiq (transgressor). It is better to avoid cursing due to the severe prohibition against it that has been reported. As for the woman, she should address the matter with wisdom. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was forbidden from cursing specific disbelievers by name.
